One Putt Challenge – Points are given ONLY ON ONE PUTT!

Rules:

1. Getting to the Green: Take as many shots as needed to reach the green. No restrictions on shot count to get there.

2. One Putt for Points:

   • Once all four players are on the green, each gets only one chance to putt.
   • Points distribution if the putt is made:
     • Farthest player: 4 points
     • Next farthest: 3 points
     • Second closest: 2 points
     • Closest player: 1 point (automatic “gimme”)

3. Chip-ins and Hole-outs:

   • Any chip-in or hole-out automatically scores 4 points.
   • If one player holes out, the remaining three players will compete for points starting at 3, 2, and 1.
   • If two players hole out, the remaining two will compete for 2 and 1 point.

4. No Penalties:

   • No stroke penalties for going out of bounds (OB) or water hazards.
   • For OB, use the new rule: drop in the relief area and hit again, no penalty.
   • For water hazards, drop at the entry point and hit again, no penalty.
   • Simply follow these guidelines, take your drop, and hit without penalty.

5. No Handicaps:

   • This event does not involve any handicaps.

6. Putt Attempts:

   • No additional “gimmes” allowed. Only the closest player gets the 1-point gimme; everyone else must attempt their one putt.

Scoring:

• • At the end of the round, tally up your points. The player with the most points wins – no traditional scorekeeping, just points!
